Chapter 1  The Adventure Begins...

The title of this chapter is self-explanatory.

Chapter 2  Consultations

Misty visits Emma's pets; possibly helps define Misty as a dog.

Chapter 3  The Trouble with Hubble

Emma's father grew up in a house built by the sister of astronomer Edwin Hubble. (Take that, Kevin Bacon!) Eventually, some local Webster Countian built a replica of the Hubble Space Telescope and it was placed on the courthouse square.

Chapter 4  Misty's "Mistake"

A transitory chapter. This does include Columbia's oldest boy scout, who can still be seen walking the city streets picking up cans and bottles.

Chapter 5   I Want the Bee to Leave

X-files movie redux, or at least reinterpreted. 

Chapter 6   Up Up Up Up Up Up UP and Away

Columbia hosted a balloon festival for a few years. Misty hitches a ride.

Chapter 7   CASA

Emma was an astronaut in Hickman High Schools Columbia Aeronautic and Space Association. Misty shows the right stuff.

Chapter 8   Columbia Festival of the Arts

An annual arts fest in downtown Columbia. Misty visits.

Chapter 9   A Hysterical Perspective

A visit with a couple of Emma's high school instructors.

Chapter 10   Twilight Highlights and Hi jinks

Columbia has a "Twilight Festival" in the spring and in the fall. Misty attends.

Chapter 11    Got Any Twos?

Intradimensional travel and Dog poker.

Chapter 12     An adventure with a bunch of big pictures with Pumpkins in them except for one smaller picture but it is none the less significant.

Camera and .jpg conversion problems. Not Misty's fault.

Chapter 13     Trick or ?

Halloween. Blair Witch stuff. Misty reenacts part of the movie.

Chapter 14      Home of the Tigers

One day I happened upon some folks taking pictures of people with live tigers in the parking lot of Lowes. Misty bravely visits. Fortunately, the tigers sleep and Misty doesn't get eaten.

Chapter 15    65327

Emma, Missouri is located about half way between Columbia and Kansas City. Misty visits.

Chapter 16   Living La Vita Lama

Llama's at the Boone County Fairgrounds. Misty visits. A consonant goes haywire.

Chapter 17   Roses of Yesterday

Lyrics from an old piece of sheet music by Irving Berlin. Misty reflects.

Chapter 18   Turkey of Yesterday (with a side order of apologies to Irving Berlin)

Post-Thanksgiving. Misty digests.

Chapter 19   That Timeless Question

Egg story...to the 63 Diner, and then a nod to Foghorn Leghorn.

Emma's first cell phone was lost for a while. (How you loose something that size, I'll never know.)

Christmas Tree time. Misty hunts a tree.

Chapter 23    Wedding Shots from December 18, And since it's 3 in the morning, with minimal commentary, And yes, the holiday theme will continue shortly...

Jason and Jen get married. Emma's cousins.

Decorating a Christmas tree. Misty does a yuletide Miro.

Chapter 25   Santa Claus, & Emma, are coming to town

Visiting Santa.

Chapter 26    Into the Digital Television Future of the 21st Century--Mistys Golf Channel Adventure

Directed at a third party who shall remain nameless.

Chapter 27    Misty's Back! (after a long sabbatical tentatively blamed upon a defective computer monitor...)

Another transitory chapter. Not very puntual. But then again...

Another dig at golf. I think.

More golf, without the golf. Maybe just television in general.

Way too many people on the street were saying "What a cute bear."

Sociology, Sesame Street, Rap, and Cats. Misty follows the curve.
