Chapter 25. Santa Claus, & Emma, are coming to town!
Yes, Misty had remembered the stories and seen the photos of Emma, Ellen, and even the girl's Dad sitting on Santa's lap and asking for things for Christmas. (OK, everyone but Emma's Dad sitting on Santa's lap. He actually just stood by Santa, and was too scared to ask for anything. He had this less-than-subtle fear of costumed beings, which has followed him into his adult life. Luckily, this fear only manifests itself when around certain un-named actors and actresses now.) But Misty knew that Santa could grant wishes, so she decided to set off into town and find Santa, and tell Santa her wish--all she wanted was Emma to be home for Christmas.
