Chapter 31. A Gaussian Fear Curve |
||
| The objective
of this chapter is to show that a well-tested computational model can be
used to detail the range of fears that reside in a stuffed doggy during
her daily quests. Fear probabilities were represented using a gaussian
distribution of the variables in this model. Once the
appropriateness of the computational model was proven through
comparisons with experimental results upon fear responses, and data was
generated to link the ratios of fears to daily experiences,
results were converted to visual and lyrical representations of these
fear responses to enhance the general public's understanding of this
research. The following pages represent the 3 major levels of fear which
were found within a normal gaussian distribution for this particular
stuffed animal subject.
First, we have an example which recalls the sweetness and joy of childhood. Fear in this example was nowhere to be found. Carefree lyrics drift through the air... |
